130% Overlap Requirement Removed
It has been decided to remove the requirement for furling headsails to have an overlap ratio (LP/J) of 130% or more in order to qualify for Furling Foresail allowance. Owners now wishing to claim an allowance may do so FREE if application is made before 31st March 2012.
